South West Coast Path: GPS Survey results

The South West Coast Path Team have thoroughly surveyed the path using the Global Positioning System (GPS). Team member Sue Applegate spent 102 days walking the entire path during the latter part of 1999 and into 2000. While walking she carried a GPS back-pack which enabled her to record the exact track of the path and the position of all stiles, way-mark posts and other signs, as well surveying the general condition of the route.
